EXPERIENCE DESIGN
I founded a logistics tech firm to help online consumers get a more convenient, successful delivery every time, to help retailers reduce their cost-to-serve and offer a better brand experience and to help delivery companies eliminate service failure, delays and manual processes. I designed and produced an MVP app with 20+ data services and created the mydelivery brand.
PRODUCT CAMPAIGN - EUROPLUS
GOAL: Launch DHL's day-definite service that set the new standard for road deliveries in Europe versus competitors | Accelerate growth to 2 times the market rate
SCOPE: 18 markets | Print, Digital, Direct Mail
RESULT: Successfully integrated the EUROPLUS product into the DHL portfolio | Significantly boosted volume and revenues for day-definite services and third-country imports
BRAND CAMPAIGN
GOAL: Reinforce DHL’s position as the global leader in international express delivery and grow market share
SCOPE: €40m integrated campaign, 120 markets, Reached >1billion people
CHALLENGE: Led a totally new team of 4 creative and media agencies all in different countries to launch the campaign in just 12 weeks worldwide
PRODUCT CAMPAIGN - FASTER TO ASIA & THE USA
GOAL: Promote DHL's wider coverage of 9 & 12 service across Asia | Launch DHL's Next Day Service to the US
MEDIA: €5.5m Advertisng & Direct Mail Campaign
RESULT: Reached 175 million people and strengthened DHL's leading position on Local Strength Worldwide
PRODUCT CAMPAIGN - BECAUSE TIME MATTERS
TASK: Strengthen DHL's position for morning deliveries across Europe vs competition | Increase share of Express 12 deliveries by14%
MEDIA: €4m | One of the first brands to use short TVC formats
RESULTS: Beat TNT as the most recognized brand for morning deliveries | Generated >25,000 leads and €4m in revenue from new and future opportunities
PRODUCT CAMPAIGN - BY 9. By 12. BY DHL.
TASK: Increase awareness and usage of DHL's 9 and 12 delivery services
SCOPE: €7m European Integrated Campaign
RESULT: Reached 390 million people and generated new business from190,000 customers
BRAND/PRODUCT CAMPAIGN - NOTHING STOPS US
TASK: Strengthen DHL's leadership position by highlighting its wide coverage of 9 and 12 deliveries and the personal commitment of its people
MEDIA: Advertising, Digital, Direct and Sales Tools
INDUSTRY RECOGNITION: Nominated at the Cannes Lions Advertising Festival
PRODUCT CAMPAIGN - IMPORT EXPRESS
TASK: Reverse the decline in import volumes in 2005
RESULT: Reached 650 million people and delivered 18,500 qualified leads and 14,500 new accounts which delivered €10.5m in new annual revenue and sustained volume growth.
TAKE 2: Refreshed and expanded in 2011 for a €15m global campaign - reached 90 million people and achieved double-digit revenue growth and market share growth on key lanes
SALES STIMULATION PROGRAMS
TASK: Communicate the goals and key elements in each sales cycle and energize sales managers and execs to achieve success | Leverage movie & sports sponsorships and ad campaigns in the creative concepts

TASK: Reverse volume decline on the US trade lane in 23 countries with a targeted marketing & sales campaign and new pricing tactics
SCOPE: Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa
MEDIA: Digital and Direct Mail Campaign
RESULT: Reached 80,000 customers, generated >3,000 leads and achieved revenue above target despite the recession.
BRAND CAMPAIGN - LOCAL STRENGTH
TASK: Promote DHL as the best choice for local deliveries following the integration of acquired domestic companies into DHL's international network across Europe

BRAND/PRODUCT CAMPAIGN - HEAVYWEIGHT
TASK: Grow volume of heavy weight shipments | Increase awareness of the 'new' DHL and its services for heavy-weight shipments
SCOPE:Advertising, Digital, Direct Marketing, Sales Tools
RESULT: Used the force of gravity to increase engagement with the DM | Increased revenue by over €100m
DIGITAL CRM & MARKETING PLATFORM
Architect of DHL's digital CRM strategy and digital marketing platform and developed an an email automation solution integrated with our sales database, increasing contacts from 500k to >25million per year and eliminating manual lead entry.
BRAND POSITIONING
TASK: Represent DHL Express to Deutsche Post World Net following the acquisition in 2001 | Development and implementation of the new brand architecture, strategy and identity.
RESULT: A future brand strategy integrating well- established brands with DHL as the mother brand and the creation of a distinctive core value proposition and tagline for all express, freight and logistics divisions that formed part of the new DHL brand.
